Husky cub with brown harness
Length: 23 cm
Siberian husky descends originally from the sledge-dogs of the aboriginal people of Jukagiries, Korjakkies, Kamtsadaalies and Tssktsies in the North-Eastern Siberia. Russian people have also raised and developed this species for their own needs. The Siberian husky as a dog team has, above all else, excellent stamina. They are not as strong in pulling heavy loads as the more robust Alaskan mammut -species and not as fast in the competition of teams of dogs as Alaskan huskies.
